OpenAMにログインしようとしたところ、スマ`トフォンアプリの鞠hをしていないのにもかかわらず、仝スマ`トフォンアプリの_Jコ`ド々を箔められ、OpenAMにログイン竃栖ません。 When attempting to log into OpenAM, I was asked for a "smartphone app verification code" despite not having registered a smartphone app, and cannot log into OpenAM.
屈勣殆J^が嗤浸されているため、スマ`トフォンアプリの_Jコ`ドが箔められています。
ICCにてo浸するため、 icc-service@tufs.ac.jpへメ`ルBjください。
F壓のところ屈勣殆J^の鞠hは販吭ですので、スキップすることも辛嬬です。

This is because two-factor authentication has been activated, and a verification code from the smartphone app is required. To deactivate it, please email icc-service@tufs.ac.jp at the ICC.
Currently, the registration for two-factor authentication is optional, so it is possible to skip it.

The application counter is as follows:
You will need to provide identification, so please prepare your student or staff ID card.
Students:
Applications are accepted at the ICC counter on the 4th floor of the library (weekdays 9:00-17:00).
Please present your student ID at the time of application.
If you are unable to come to the university due to studying abroad or other circumstances, please consult via icc-service@tufs.ac.jp.
Faculty:
Applications are accepted at the Educational Information Support Room counter on the 2nd floor of the Research Lecture Building (weekdays 9:00-17:00).
Please present your staff ID at the time of application.
If you are unable to visit the counter due to pressing circumstances, applications can be accepted through an online application form.
Applications made online may take about a week to process.
If you are in a hurry, please apply at the Educational Information Support Room counter.
For online applications, once ICC preparations are complete, we will guide you through the verification and issuance process.
