Dr. Yukio Tono Wins the 2014 JAECS Distinguished Scholar Award

We are proud to announce that on October 4th, Yukio Tono won the 2014 Japan Association for English Corpus Studies (JAECS) Distinguished Scholar Award.
His study
This JAECS prize is given to outstanding research highly valued by the association.
He was awarded for his study "International achievement in the field of learner corpus research and publications of corpus-based teaching materials and dictionaries in the area of English Language Teaching".
His winning also means that our International Corpus of Crosslinguistic Interlanguage project, which is consists of COE (Usage-Based Linguistic Infomatics) , is highly acclaimed.
