TUFS Project Awarded "Strategic Young Researcher Overseas Visits Program for Accelerating Brain Circulation" Grant

A TUFS project, "A New Concept of European History from Viewpoint of Historical Experiences in Borderlands", lead by Taku Shinohara was adapted as one of the programs in “Strategic Young Researcher Overseas Visits Program for Accelerating Brain Circulation” grant awarded by the Japan Foundation.
This program “offers support to universities and research institutes in sending young researchers involved in world-class international joint research activities to overseas institutes in accordance with their respective international research strategies, thereby providing promising young researchers with opportunities to interact with each other.”
Its implementation period is from 2014 to 2016. TUFS will conduct international joint research focusing on Historical experience studies in European borderlands through the project.
