TUFS Student Group Japan Syria Student Organization Featured in the Media

On February 20th, the Japan Syria Student Organization, a TUFS student group, was featured in NEWS Watch9, an NHK news program (broadcast from 9pm to 10pm,Mon-Fri).

In the program, footage showed members of the organization and students from Damascus University learning languages via the Internet. Their activities were also introduced in the Yomiuri Shimbun (Musashino edition) on the 25th.

The Japan Syria Student Organization is a TUFS official circle which focuses on studying Syrian history and the current situation in the country. The group aims at being a platform for Japanese and Syrian students.
