Kuwaiti Ambassador to Japan Delivers Lecture

On November 17th, H.E. Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Otaibi, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Japan, delivered a lecture, “The Path of Democracy and Constitutionalism in the State of Kuwait”. Not only TUFS students, but also members of the public attended the lecture, showing a high interest in Kuwait.

Ahead of the lecture, the ambassador met with Arabic language major students and talked in the Arabic language. Lead by Professor Hiroyuki Aoyama and Visiting Professor Soliman Alaaeldin, about 40 students took part in this interactive meeting. The students attentively asked questions and talked with the ambassador.

The ambassador also met with TUFS President Tateishi and and others. They talked about the future prospects of exchange between the university and Kuwait.
