The Kingdom of Lesotho ambassador gave a lecture for the series of lectures of SADC

On the 16th of December 2015 (Thursday), the ninth lecture in the series provided by the Southern African Development Community (SADC) was given by His Excellency Mr. Richard RAMOELETSI, the ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho in Japan. Various topics were covered including what are white diamonds, the lack of gender disparity in the Kingdom of Lesotho, familiar brands of clothing which are sewn in the Kingdom of Lesotho and why the Kingdom of Lesotho is called “the Kingdom in the Sky”.

This series of lectures is held as a required subject for first-year undergraduates majoring in Africa.To promote exchange between Japan and Southern African Countries, the lectures are also open to TUFS students and faculty members without registration.
