Regarding office operation during the holidays

Office operations will cease from December 28, 2022 to January 3, 2023. There will be building-access restrictions while office operations are ceased, we kindly ask for your cooperation.

1) Suspension of counter services and various certificate issuing services

Issuing of documents will not be available while office operations are ceased Academic certificates will not be issued while offices are closed. Make sure to issue any document you might need beforehand.

2) Campus Entry Restrictions

Access to Fuchu campus will be restricted during the holidays.

For employees, note that your IC card will not work between December 29 to January 3. Please visit the Security Office on the first floor of the Administration Building, and explain and record the reason to enter the building. Entrances will only be unlocked by the security officers during this period.

3) The following student-support facilities will be closed 2022/12/28 to 2023/01/03

  • Health Care Center
  • Student Counseling Room
  • Shared Study Abroad Support Center
  • Global Career Center
  • VOLAS

Academic Support Center and ELC will be closed 2022/12/26 to 2023/1/9.

4) The library will be closed

The library will be closed during the following period.

2022/12/28 to 2023/01/03

*The book post will not be available.

*Any requests made through My Library between December 23 to January 3 will be dealt with after January 4.

5) University Hall will be closed

The university hall (including the university restaurants and store) will be closed during the following period: December 24, 2022 to January 03, 2023.

The second floor Special Restaurant and AGORA Global’s Cafe CASTALIA will be closed during the following period: December 23, 2022 to January 15, 2023.
