TUFS Student Wins Grand Prize at Japanese Speech Contest for Japanese-Language Learners from Myanmar
August 20, 2024
On Sunday, March 31, 2024, Ms. Suu Yadanar, a second-year student of the School of Japan Studies, won the Grand Prize at the 6th Japanese Speech Contest for Myanmar Students of Japanese Language hosted by MASBO (Myanmar Human Resources Community in Japan) held at JICA Global Plaza.
Ms. Suu Yadanar's comment
During the past year since I came to Japan as an international student, I have experienced many trials and challenges in the process of adjusting to a new environment and a different educational system. I decided to participate in this contest to share these valuable experiences and about my life as an international student at a Japanese university. In the future, I hope to contribute to the development of both Myanmar and Japan as a valuable bridge between the two countries.
