Mr. Manuel Domingos Nogueira, the minister counselled and Mr. Helder J.T.Congo, consular attache from the embassy of Angola in Japan visited our office at TUFS on 9th October. The guests from the embassy also delivered the lecture for the students as one of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) relay lecture series.
