Our visiting professors, Prof. Amanor and Dr. Teshome, and Prof. Takeuchi will visit Kyoto University and give a public lecture there. The seminar is jointly organized by the Center for African Area Studies (CAAS), Kyoto University and African Studies Center - TUFS, and this will be the 12th one.
The seminar's theme is "Consequences of Land Tenure Reform in Africa". Prof. Takeuchi, Dr. Teshome, Prof. Amanor, and Dr. Oyama, Kyoto University, will consider the cases in Rwanda, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Zambia.
